Do you sell sheds that are already built or custom only?

We offer both. You can choose from in-stock sheds for faster delivery or design your own custom structure based on your size, style, and feature preferences.

Shed Styles & Options

We offer multiple shed styles to fit different needs, whether you’re looking for extra storage, a workshop, or a more finished structure. Each design has unique features and benefits.

What is the difference between your shed styles?

The main difference between our shed styles comes down to design and roof structure, with our two most popular options being the Streamline and the Eave style. The Eave style features a 6-inch overhang on each side, giving it a more traditional look, while the Streamline has a more modern appearance with rounded roof edges and no overhang. This difference also impacts interior space—since the maximum width allowed for transporting sheds on the road is 12 feet, an Eave-style 12×24 shed will have slightly less usable interior width, closer to about 11 feet inside due to the added overhang. In contrast, a Streamline shed provides closer to a true 12 feet of interior space because it does not include that overhang. In terms of build quality and durability, there is no difference between the two styles, as both are constructed to the same high standards, so the decision ultimately comes down to visual preference and how much interior space you want to maximize.

Rent-To-Own & Payments

We offer flexible payment options to make it easier to get the structure you need without a large upfront cost.

Do you offer rent-to-own sheds with no credit check?

Yes, we offer rent-to-own options with no credit check required, making it easy to get started.

You make monthly payments while using your shed or structure. Once the payments are complete, you own it.

Our 90 days same as cash option allows you to get your shed now with a required down payment and pay off the remaining balance within 90 days without paying any interest or additional fees. As long as the full balance is paid within that 90-day period, you’ll pay the same price as if you paid in full upfront.

Our 6-month financing option allows you to get your shed with a required down payment and pay off the remaining balance over six months without any interest, as long as it is paid in full within that timeframe. This option includes a one-time service charge fee of 4% of the shed cost before sales tax. It’s a great way to spread out payments while still avoiding interest charges.

Our 12-month financing option allows you to get your shed with a required down payment and pay off the remaining balance over twelve months without any interest, as long as it is paid in full within that timeframe. This option includes a one-time service charge fee of 8% of the shed cost before sales tax. It provides more flexibility with lower monthly payments while still avoiding interest if paid within the term.

Yes, financing is available for qualified buyers, sometimes with little to no money down.

Are your sheds hurricane proof?

Our sheds are built to be strong, durable, and able to withstand tough weather conditions, but no shed can be considered completely hurricane proof. At King Sheds, all of our sheds are rated to handle wind speeds up to 170 mph, giving you a high level of confidence in severe weather conditions. We use quality materials and proven construction methods designed to hold up against heavy rain, strong winds, and everyday exposure to the elements. To help maximize stability, anchoring is included with delivery to ensure your shed is properly secured from the start and performs as well as possible in harsh weather conditions.
